Stacy Cross

Meet Chef Stacy! She was born in Maryland, where her culinary adventure began, savoring blue crabs and cherished family meals. At the age of 15, she discovered her love for cooking, starting with a memorable lobster bisque.
As a military spouse, Chef Stacy explored diverse cuisines across the country and world.
Now residing in West Virginia with her family, and after two years in our Frederick Wine Kitchen, she has accepted the role of Head Chef at our sister restaurant, Maxwell’s Handcrafted Burgers & Shakes. She looks forward to continuing to provide top-notch hospitality with her unique Chef Stacy flair!
